The best tasting music festival in the South West! Valley Fest is a magical family-friendly festival celebrating, music, organic food and farming, in a stunning location overlooking Chew Valley lake in Somerset.
We put together a bespoke Google Analytics training program when the Valley Fest team came to us in need of some understanding of their site data. We also audited their yearly advertising campaigns and took on the festival’s social ad management. We found that they didn’t have full access to most of their data so we ensured that their advert and site data was moved into new Valley Fest owned accounts so that they have full control over their data sets.

Audited the current set-up and applied a new strategy based on their previous results and new budgets.
Created a series of new custom audiences within Facebook.
Throughout the campaign we split test ad copy, landing pages and imagery to find the best adverts to serve to chosen audiences and used social re-marketing adverts to secure further ticket sales. In just 3 months we were able to see an increase in ROI of XXXX, securing more ticket sales than the years previous at a much lower overall spend and CPC.

When we started working with Valley Fest we found that their site and advert data was held in third party accounts, ie: previous agencies. First thing was getting their own accounts set-up for both site analytics and social adverts and having everything moved across. This ensured that the team now fully owned all of their data, something we always ensure with everyone we work with.
A new Facebook Pixel was created along with various audiences that could be fully owned by the festival which we later swapped out to ensure
