Based in London and Bristol, Stripe OLT provide managed IT services and consultancy to businesses all over the UK.
Stripe approached us in need of a new website to better communicate their range of interconnected services and how these relate to each other. There were three digital agencies involved in this project – one who designed the site, one in charge of marketing activities and our team at UFMedia.
Web Structure & Build
We were tasked with not only with building the site and system but establishing the site structure.
Once we’d established a global set of taxonomies covering the broad range of IT services provided, we could better see how these services relate to one another. After identifying the correct target audiences and creating landing pages for each, these ‘service relationships’ allowed us to provide more relevant internal links to a user regardless of where they enter the funnel. The goal was to guide a user to the service most relevant to them and through clear on page CTAs prompt that user to contact Stripe OLT – simple!
Comprehensive case studies are also featured throughout the site to build confidence within the company as the user browses. Optional useful downloads within the resource section offer an opportunity to capture (consented) details which can be later used to follow up on the interaction by the Stripe OLT team.
