What we did
So that we could begin to properly track all site traffic and marketing campaigns, we started with an overhaul of the site’s current tracking tools. By implementing Google Tag Manager and cleaning the existing data set within Google Analytics we were able to start analysing data correctly and track core site CTAs.
The site was struggling with organic growth and targeting key audience groups so we started with a comprehensive audience research and competitor analysis to see where Cardiff & Vale Tutors sat in the digital landscape and where efforts should and could be focused. We then carried out detailed keyword research and optimised the site’s landing page in line with this search data.
We have seen tremendous growth in sessions since we joined the project and the site now ranks on the first page of search for all of the core targeted keywords. This has resulted in Organic session growth of 25-30% YoY and a much needed increase in quality form submissions and queries.
